It is not often that I get to write a positive letter. In today's environment the lack of service and quality has so completely diminished that when I do business with a company that excels I want the world to know. Ambassador Pools is a company that I would recommend in any situation without hesitation. From the moment your swimming pool sales rep showed up at my family's house through to the complete installation I have found that you and your company represent the best in service and quality. The rep did NOT try and push us into the sale and was very accommodating. Your above ground swimming pool installation schedule was completely mindful of the fact we ordered at the end of the summer and put us on the schedule quickly so we could at least get a few weeks use out of the swimming pool before closing for the winter. Your pool installation team showed up and completed the job in what I believe to be record time with a perfect install. Even after the install your company provide quick and easy answers to the many questions and even some changes we had. Additionally, the quality of the Kayak Pools is just amazing.
